All orders are custom printed with your artwork so once they order has printed there is no refund or canceling of your order. In the event you wish to cancel an order the request must be in writing via email to sales@miamiflyers.com. This must be done the same day you place your order and we will check on your order to make sure that it has not starting the production process. If the order has not started the production process it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used to pay for your order. In the event that the order has entered the production process, it may NOT be cancelled.

In the event that you need to file a claim for an order you received we must receive an email with the details no latter than 15 calendar days after the delivery of your order so that we may research your order. Claims are to be emailed to sales@miamiflyers.com. Please include your order # in your email. Claims after 15 days will not be accepted
