Q.: If I order my flyers today, when I get them?
A.: If we receive your print ready files and payment by 7pm EST, we will ship out your order by the end of the 2nd business day. The shipping option you select is the determining factor as to how long it will take for you to have your order delivered to you.
Q.: Can I pay more to have a "rush" order.
A.: We have a category for same day printing. If you order by noon, we will print and ship your order the same day.
Q.: Can I split my order of 5,000 flyers?
A.: No, all 5,000 must be of the same artwork.
Q.: Why when tracking my Delta shipment does it say invalid?
A.: Nine times out of ten, if your tracking # shows as "invalid" its because your order has not yet been dropped off at our airport.
Q.: Can I write or print on the UV coating?
A.: The UV coating makes it very difficult to write or print on. We would recommend NON UV coated flyers.
Q.: Is there a sales tax is I am outside the state of Florida?
A.: No, customers outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.
Q.: How can I guarantee I get the exact color I want.
A.: Unfortunately because of the way the flyers are printed, we can not guarantee exact color matches. We do the best the can under our printing conditions to please all of the orders that are all on the same press sheet, at the time your order prints time. |
