FAQ

Q.: If I order my flyers today, when will I get them?
A.: If we receive your print ready flyer or business card files and payment by 7p.m. EST, we will ship out your flyer or business card order by the end of the 2nd business day. The shipping option you select will determine how long it will take for you to receive your order.

 

Q.: Can I pay more to have you "rush" my flyer or business card order?
A.: We have a category for same day printing. If you order by 11.30 a.m. EST, we will print and ship your order the same day.

 

Q.: Can I split my order of 5,000 flyers, posters, or business cards?
A.: No. All 5,000 must be of the same artwork.

 

Q.: Why, when tracking my Delta/Southwest shipment does it say “invalid?”
A.: Nine times out of ten, if your tracking number comes up as "invalid," it’s because your business cards, flyers, posters, or other print orders have not yet been dropped off at our airport.

 

Q.: Can I write or print on the UV coating?
A.: The UV coating makes it very difficult to write or print on. We would recommend NON-UV coated flyers if you want to write on them.

 

Q.: Is there a sales tax on my printing order if I am outside the state of Florida?
A.: No. Customers outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.

 

Q.: How can I guarantee I get the exact color I want?
A.: Unfortunately, because of the way the flyers and business cards are printed, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. We do the best we can under our printing conditions to get the best color results for all of the orders that are all on the same press sheet as your printing order.

 

Q.: What is a tag?
A.: A tag is what we print in tiny letters on the edge of your flyer, posters, or cards to note that we printed your work.

 

Q.: What is your return policy?

A.: Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify Miami Flyers within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product.
All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

 

Q.: Can I cancel or change my order?
A.: Miami Flyers will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order., No Refunds are issued for the Logo, or Graphic design services.

 

Q.: What paper stock do you print on?
A.:Our Business Cards, Postcards, Rackcards, Press Kit, Bookmarks, Tent Cards and Collector Cards are printed on 12-point OR 16-point glossy card stock with UV coating (lamination) on the color side(s).  All other products are printed on 100 lb gloss book stock, with overall aqueous coating on both sides.

 

Q.: Can I request spot color?
A.: No. We print using a 4-color process, meaning that all of our products are printed with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. We do not use any inks other than CMYK.
